Katsu Sando

This consisted of a tofu katsu cutlet, that was crispy on the outside with a meaty but tender consistency inside, fresh, crisp shredded cabbage and greens, preserved lemon, and lively house sauce inside soft and pillowy house-baked shokupan bread. Insane flavor! Ordered this to share but not sure if I can. The preserved lemon is too good. baked in-house shokupan bread, tofu katsu cutlet, shredded cabbage & greens, preserved lemon, house sauce. Also added potato salad. Chili crisp and pickle on the side.
