Jiang Nan Crispy Noodle

Oops I forgot the name again 😬 Pretty sure the Mandarin begins with 江南, don't remember the full English name on the menu 😥 But this was reasonably good, #crispynoodles like you remember them, just with protein/soy chunks in place of the pork slices and shrimp 😋 I like how the gravy is always slightly sweet, and in this case there was a good mix of additional vegetables #veganin2020
