Jens Favorite Ranch Salad

I would have liked a bit more spinach rather than romaine but the smoky "turkey" cubes were delicious and the ranch was super creamy! I also loved the dried cranberries (or dates...I don't remember 😂) to slip a little sweet in there 🍬 #veganisnotscary
