This dish was based on middle eastern flavours, with pumpkin kibbeh, batata harra, bamia, cucumber and pomegranate salad, moutabal, zaatar crackers and tahini dressing. It was EXCEPTIONAL. I’ll scream it from the mountain tops. Seriously. If you’re in Doha or planning on stopping by for a few hours during a transfer, get yourself to evergreen!
