Jackfruit Enchiladas

Jackfruit Enchiladas!! Shredded jackfruit, sour cream, pickled vegetables, and fresh avocado served with mole (pronounced MOH-lay). This meal was full of many textures: crispy, crunchy, creamy, and chewy. So fresh and filling!! Even the plating was a work of art! The atmosphere was very nice. My husband and I enjoyed our date night dinner. The soothing romantic music, restaurant ambiance, menu, wall decor, lights, style, restaurant furniture, and color palette was absolutely wonderful! Our waitress, Kiara, was friendly and polite. We left the Greenhouse Canteen completely satisfied! This dish was beautiful and sadly with the lack of natural lighting; this picture doesn't do the dish justice. This dish comes with two enchiladas, so perfect for sharing. The shredded jackfruit was delicious (very generous portion) it was sweet, but tangy and smokey. It also had sour cream and pickled onions, topped with greens. It was also served with fresh avocado.
