Ironman Bowl

This picture doesn’t even do it justice haha but it was in the midst of being demolished. It’s had roasted okinwan yam, farro “chorizo”, black beans, massaged kale, avocado, pickled onions, chipotle tahini& pumpkin seeds for that extra protein. I loved the combo and flavors combined. I’m not much for rice so was nice to have a Mexican bowl that didn’t contain it. Portion was filling and light at the same time. Will definitely have it again when I go back!
