I am Eclectic (Buffalo Cauliflower)

Couve flor empanada ao estilo buffalo wings com aipo e um molho ranch delicioso. Bem picante e crocante. No cardápio consta como entrada mas almocei só isso tranquilamente. O café é 100% vegan e cada prato tem um nome inspirador. O buffalo cauliflower era “I am eclectic” e o shot de imunidade que tomei era “I am brave”. Maravilhoso.

WOW. this may be my new favourite dish at Cafe Gratitude!! so crispy and bursting with flavour. this was also my first time trying ranch (vegan or not) and it was absolutely incredible. my sister said it tasted exactly like normal ranch!!!

BEST-EVER cauliflower that I’ve ever eaten. The breading spices are rich and deep. Crunchy texture on the outside, soft cauliflower on the inside. I literally felt joy eating this appetizer. Super 5 ⭐️ s.
