Huancaina Macaroni and Lomo Saltado

Riquísimo! Un excelente restaurante vegano en Lima, con todos los platos clásicos de Perú adaptados! SUPER Recomendado!

This was solid: a fusion of 3 cultures (Peruvian, Chinese, and American), I think there may have been a bit too much going on. In my opinion, the macaroni and cheese (very good) should have been completely separated from the lomo Saltado on top- both of which were great, just not together!
