Housemade Harshbrown (Veganised)

Edit: The dish name is supposed to be "Thicc Harshbrown"👌 This was really good!!!! Housemade such that you can taste the details on the shredded potatoes. Crisp on the outside, soft but with texture on the inside. Topped with fresh chive za'atar which was a tasty pice mixture! I didn't see any artichoke dishes at artichoke though 🤔 Also veganised by requesting sour cream on the side, on @veganlion's side 🤷🏻‍♀️ I do wish they would have vegan desserts in the future, maybe a vegan baklava 🤞?
