Houjicha Ice Cream

Definitely worth a visit if you adore matcha or everything green tea. The texture itself I would say it spot on and it tastes sweet with a little aftertaste of bitterness.

Pleasantly surprised that it’s vegan yay! It’s not too sweet and has a strong taste of hojicha. I like it! Worth a try :)

Pretty stoked to find a vegan Houjicha ice cream! Can taste the roasted notes I love. However at $6.50 it's not a lot as expected. They also offer Minor Figures for drinks but +$1, still other businesses should follow suit!!! Even though I dined in they still served in a plastic cup that I thought it was glass!
