We’ve been practising kaizen since 1992, when we opened our first doors in london’s bloomsbury. inspired by fast-paced, japanese ramen bars and a celebration of asian food, wagamama burst into life. We set out to create a unique way of eating. Bringing the fresh, nourishing, flavours of asia to all that was over 30 years ago now. three whole decades to sharpen skills and refine recipes. To play with spices and discover tastes in our noodle lab. We continue to get better with every day. Our recipes are created to make you feel rejuvenated + satisfied. a base of noodles or rice to give you energy. quality protein + good fats to sustain you. an abundance of fresh crunchy vegetables to nourish you + finally, spices, sauces + steaming broths to ignite your tastebuds. there are desserts, fresh juices, hot drinks, wine, sake and expertly crafted asian beers too. our simple balanced soul food is made freshly everyday in our open kitchens. In the name of kaizen, our standards are high. every bowl and plate that we fill is served as soon as it’s ready. the colours and aromas, flavours and spices are always at their best when they touch your table

Very tasty! Lots of mock meat, lovely sauce and good amount of spice.

They were absolutely not kidding when they said HOT!🥵🔥 would recommend to true spice lovers only! I really enjoyed this but the portion size is huge and left me feeling a little guilty about the food left/wasted. Ideally I’d like if they did half portions - they also do take away though so next time I might eat at home and split it with a friend or save the rest for later! I also got the fright of my life when I checked the calories on My Fitness Pal haha - we all have to treat ourselves sometimes though!

So tasty! Not too hot (could be hotter) but still very tasty! A great addition to the menu.

Spicier version of the vegan katsu curry that I reviewed a while ago. VERY spicy (at least for me) as it contains quite a lot of chilli. The crispy katsu made of Seitan goes really well with the Japanese-style curry sauce.
