Hot And Sour Soup

This was delicious & comforting Served hot The acidity taste from #blackvinegar really balanced the whole taste profile of this dish,as it should. I had the #mala dish and whn it gets too spicy or peppery, i mellow it down by dipping it in this hot & sour soup A lovely combination

This comes chock-full of delicious and wholesome ingredients such as enoki, mushrooms, black fungus, seaweed, ginger, carrots and silken tofu, and is embellished with cilantro and coriander. These create a medley of tastes on the palette although the main flavour profile is sour. I added brown rice to make it a complete meal. Came up to $8.10 in total, which is a little pricey but makes for a nutritious, clean and quite filling meal if not too ravenous.
