Hoisin Tofu Steaks with Sticky Rice and Spinach Poppy Seed Salad

This delicious plant based/vegan meal from purple carrot was another hit! I am loving this service so far! It was easy to prepare and the sauces were very good! Loved the salad very much too. Very filling, easy to make and sooooo yummy!
