Good crispy mushroom bao bun - but not particularly exciting.

Surreal... the battered and fried mushrooms were so tender and crispy, and the pickled ginger and cabbage provided some nice acidity to balance the flavors. @iheartgoats and I like to try new things whenever we go to this place, but I think we will have to get this every time! #mushrooms #veganbaobuns #bao
