Hazelnut Croissant Swirl

Another one from my Houlden’s Rise Above bonanza! “Cinnamon roll shaped croissant dough with cinnamon sugar & crushed hazelnuts” (from their website.) Super flaky, lovely vanilla drizzle. Truth be told I gifted this one to a friend-it was given nothing but praise! He grew up in his parents bakery so I consider him an expert judge of pastry character-lol.
