#3 Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Seasoned tofu, tempeh bacon, gouda (I think) cheeze, tomato, spinach, red pepper aioli on a toasted ciabatta sub. Tofu is synonymous with egg now in vegan terms? Bread was soft and toasted at the same time. This sandwich was scrumptious. The flavors and textures went really well together. Dc vegetarian is kind of a hole in the wall place, all vegan and has some good value on the menu. Nonplastic packaging. #veganisnotscary

This consisted of house tempeh 🐷-free bacon, organic seasoned tofu 🥚-free patty, 🐮-free cheese, tomato, spinach, and house-roasted red pepper aioli on toasted ciabatta. Thankfully this delicious and substantial sandwich is available all day because it is just right for any meal.
