Harvest Moon Grain Bowl (vegan version)

This consisted of organic Surata Soyfoods tempeh, robust and chewy emmer faro, avocado, cucumber, roasted mushrooms, cilantro, watermelon radish, pickled red onion, hemp seeds, and spicy peanut ginger sauce, plus red beets and crispy chickpeas.
