Gulasch mit Semmelknödeln

typical austrian dishes made vegan. the portion was very large and it tasted good. the gulasch was made with seitan and the texture was incredibly authentic. if this wasn't a veg place i'd been sure it was real meat😅. in my opinion, there was too much sauce and it lacked veggies but since this is a classic recipe it probably was to be expected. therefore, i'd recommend this place if you search for austrian classics but if you want a well balanced meal you should probably go somewhere else. i paid 12,80€ #veganinaustria #veganaustria #veganvienna #vienna #knödel #gulasch #vegangulasch #seitan

OMG, this is so good. It's just like from my grandma. I have no idea, how they are able to make the sauce so real without the meat. Love it! And the dumplings are so light and fluffy 🤩
