Grilled eggplants

I haven’t had this dish in like 2 years! So thought it was time to do an updated review! Last time I had it for takeaway, and I have to say it’s much prettier when you order it in person! This dish was super delicious, filled with intense flavours of garlic and fried onion, creamy eggplant, and a nice red curry sauce. #eggplantlover

I’ll this had a bit too much liquid for my liking. Maybe not the best thing for takeout. But the flavour was pretty good.

Juicy and looks great. Brown rice nice touch . Not overdone like some grilled eggplant

Great taste. Good pot to on size. Very fresh . Good that they offered brown rice
