Grilled Beetroot and Avocado Burger

It seems like this outlet has changed their menu recently and they are left with only 2 plant-based burger on the menu. Despite the name, I must say its quite interesting to see the pumpkin wedge in my burger instead of avocado despite the name. Nevertheless, i enjoyed it very much as the bread was nicely toasted and remain its crisp despite eating it 30min later. The fillings were very fresh and the combination of the soft patty and crisp of the vegetables compliment the entire burger very well.

The one at this outlet doesn’t come with a side salad but is $6 cheaper, a pretty good burger and the sweet potato fries are consistent.

Taste kinda like the sliders platter they had for xmas promo. (Or maybe it's the other way round). Anyhow, I like that the patty is firm and doesn't crumble easily! Yumz!! #vegan #beetroot #burger
