A vegan take on the Philly cheese steak using seitan for the meat and Daiya
cheese. Also had onions, green and red peppers. Served with a side of roasted potatoes. Delicious!

This is a nice meaty sandwich option. It's made with thinly sliced seitan on a
baguette with sauteed peppers and onions, giardiniera, and cashew cheez. This was a good hearty option, but I liked the banh mi more. This one felt more one-note, although it's still a good option.
