Grande nachos (with vegan cheese)

Get the grande nachos with vegan cheese for a crowd pleasing, fully plant based appetizer. These nachos are unique in that they come with a large portion of vegan sour cream, guac, and salsa. We found that the cheese and in general all the toppings weren’t very evenly spaced. This could either be bad in that you get some chips heavily topped and some empty, or good in that it enables you to easily make a lot of different kinds of chips (is some nachos, some chips and salsa, some guac and sour cream combos). The tortilla chips have a nice crunch and are thicker than some nacho chips at other restaurants. The jalapeños on top add some nice spice. We loved that the cheese was thick yet soft and that the dish wasn’t too oily. We thought it would be even better with some lettuce on top and a little more of the beans. Overall, a great appetizer to choose with a lot of delicious ingredients on top. I would definitely order it again! #MITVegan
