Needed a quick meal - ordered a Go Green roll set with vegetable toufu gyoza and miso soup. Overall light and easy vegan option. Not sure why disposable saucers and cutleries are used when dining in. Everything else is served in proper crockery. Refused the plastic spoon and consume the soup directly from the cup. Saved the napkin for use next time.
Go Green roll consists of a medley of vegetables topped with alfalfa and miso sauce. The avocado inside this roll was a little too raw. Price: $13 Option for half a roll at $6.50
the combination of ingredients went quite well together imo - am so happy that i finally tried a veg sushi that's not just rice+beancurd skin or rice+cucumber wrapped in seaweed HAHAHA the sweet potato added a nice sweetness to this (so did the miso sauce); not someone who is a fan of avocadoes but im alright w the mashed avocadoes in this! the flavour isnt overpowering + adds a complementary creamy texture
Got the Go Green roll as part of a sushi+gyoza set. The roll was nice but nothing Super impressive, felt pretty bummed that the cutlery and saucers were all disposables :(
personally i didn't like it but my sister did.
