Gan Lau Mee

Nice dish overall. Noodles a bit dry but served on a rich saucy bed, so I recommend to stir well. Wontons crunky but not dry, thick pastry, with a great moist and meaty filling, similar to a mince. Not the kind of wontons that crumble in your mouth. Served with a delicate and heartwarming broth.

Absolutely divine. Saucy noodles with pickled chillies and 3 gorgeous crispy wontons… It comes with a broth that’s light but flavourful, and the whole thing was just a dream to eat. Slurpy goodness. The first time I’ve had wonton soup and I loved it. Highly recommend! 😙🍜
