Gado Gado Salad

Gado Gado salad contains tempeh, tofu, 'prawn crackers', potato, iceberg, cucumber, tomato, bean sprouts, fried shallots, crushed peanuts and satay sauce, served cold. I don’t know what’s traditional but I thought it was a warm salad. It’s probably better for summer. The satay sauce was very tasty. #vegan #vegansydney #veganpub
