Full Roasted Tomato and Jalapeno Pesto Sandwich

@sueprozak and I met up in Dundas, Ontario and ended up at Burnt Tongue. They had 1 vegan soup, 1 #vegan #sandwich and 1 vegan burger. Glad they had something for us. We each got the full sandwich and large soup. The sandwich was very #unique. It was a #Roasted #Tomato and #jalapeno #Pesto sandwich. I liked how it came out warm. I thought it could have had a protein like smashed chickpeas or something, as it was a little light on the filling. I also thought it was a bit too sweet. But I enjoyed it overall. It was $9. It was suuuupperr busy at lunch and the male cashier wasn't the friendliest and didn't know which items were vegan, so that was a bit concerning. But hopefully he was just having an off moment.
