Presentation nice and colourful, texture of churros were nice too

Refreshing fruit salad with pineapple, apple, dragon fruit, strawberry, cucumber and churros. Topped with a sweet and tangy rojak dressing.

Went to try the improvised menu in Elemen and I was definitely satisfied :)) The Rojak tasted amazing!! All the fruits, croutons and the nuts blended really well. #veganisnotscary

I’ve always loved elemen. This dish surely doesn’t disappoint the crunchiness of the peanuts go along really well with the freshness of the fruits (I feel like remy from ratatouille, whenever I eat here). Would highly recommend it to everyone who wants a healthy vegan meal 😊
