Frittata

Beautifully presented and warmed up this was loved by all of us and was a great and healthy start to our epic #plantbased 🌱east #london tour. This #frittata was served with #hummus and a #spinach 🌿salad as well as a #balsamicvinegar glaze. I imagine it was a chickpea creation and I believe it had mushrooms inside if I’m not mistaken. This is very reasonably priced too. I’m really staggered at the restraint I had avoiding all the sweet treats on display at all these places. 😯 They might serve dairy milk for their coffee here possibly but all the rest is vegan from my understanding. #veganlondon #londoneats 💷£8.50 📅August 2024

Sazzy & Fran is a 100% vegan cafe located in Bethnal Green area - a place rich in vegan establishments. This frittata was really yummy, cooked so well and I thought it looked great. It’s served with spinach and hummus, topped with a balsamic glaze and oregano. Towards the end of the day they may not have any left so definitely need to go earlier in the day.
