Fried Carrot Cake

#friedcarrotcake was one of my omnivorous favourites, so I'm always glad to find a vegetarian option. These guys offer a radio button selection on GrabFood for with/without egg 🙌 This one was interesting because of the use of some #mincemeat alongside the usual ingredients. Not sure I totally appreciated it, but it was certainly interesting 🙂 #malaysianeats #diningwithchopsticks 😏
