I didn't know the real tast of fish roe so cannot compare it. But it fun to try the vegetarian conveyor belt concept like this. They have a clear label for vegan also. Worth to check if you are visiting Taipei. #vegansushi #vegan #vegetarian #tracyvn

I had to double check this is vegan because it looks so much like the actual fish egg sushi! This is a vegetarian rotating sushi bar with many vegan options. They are clearly labeled (see second pic). It was quite a fun experience to eat there 😊.
