A very impressive #fish substitute, the texture inside is white and breaks down just like fish. The taste reminded me of the sea animals as well, and the pairing with the sauce was on point. Howeverrr I found them too salty and a little difficult to eat for this very reason. #mexicovegano 🇲🇽

Este platillo es relativamente nuevo y les quedó riquísimo también. Son crujientes filetitos de no pez 🐟, no se sabe de que son por que nos dijeron que era “receta secreta” pero nos supo como a un tipo puré de papa con alga y otros ingredientes que dan ese sabor a mar 🤩 Doraditos por fuera y crujientes por dentro.
