Fig Jam and “Proscuitto” Pizza

This was really good! It tasted really rich between the sweetness of the fig, the smokiness of the “prosciutto” and the vegan Parmesan. The crust was the perfect texture.

Ordered this one without arugula because I'm not a fan. It was really tasty, every bite was an explosion of interesting flavors. The quality of the ingredients was noticeable. Even though the pizzas are expensive, they are quite big and fulfilling. I think that one pizza is not enough for two people, but it is definitely way more than enough for one person. I was so full afterward that I didn't have room for dessert, which I was really looking forward to. the crust is perfect and i very much like the balance of sweet & savory. the setian prosciutto is imported from Italy. very unique dish

One of the best vegan pizza in NY for sure! I love the sweet and salt combination. Another spot visited with @flirtingwithvegan tour.
