Fern Gully

Very tasty vegan pizza with several different kinds of mushrooms. I liked the crunch of the nuts, too. I got a combo that also came with a vegan Caesar salad and vegan dipping sauce, and I didn’t care for the sauce.

This place is not 100% vegan, but they have a couple of vegan pizza options. I had the Fern Gully, which aside from the adorable name was insanely delicious. The pizza comes topped with roasted oyster mushroom, cremini, caramelized onion, walnut, parsley, and herb oil. Disclaimer: I am not a huge fan of mushrooms, especially in dishes where the mushroom is the star. But this pizza, wow. It surpassed my expectations and I would definitely buy it again.
