Famous Pumpkin Ramen

So glad that I ordered this. Really delicious. Quite possibly the best vegan ramen that I’ve ever had. The broth was so rich and flavourful. I do wish that it had shiitake mushrooms, but the grilled squash and tempeh that I added into it were amazing.
