Falafel Salad

Asked to veganise the dish, where what I could see on the menu was just the yoghurt to be omitted. The tahini sauce in the little jug and the hummus in the avocado both looked very creamy, so wasn't sure if they were 100% dairy-free; so I avoided them. The falafels and salad overall was delicious and very filling. Beautifully presented salad. The staff just need to be more knowledgeable or reassuring when it comes to dietary requirements, especially veganism. 🥗

This dish is vegan without the mint yoghurt sauce. The flavours and little touches like the crumbs on the avo are amazing!! Super yummy.
