Falafel

The sauce!!! O… M.. G….!! It’s a tahini based sauce that makes the falafel even more delicious than it already is. At the suggestion of our gracious and non-vegan friend Marisol, we ordered everything vegan to share for the table instead of individual plates and we loved it so much we ate at the other location of Tuma also in Segovia the next night and then a third night at the original restaurant. We all loved it so much.

The best falafel I've ever tasted, so so good! This is a must if you come to this place.

Un sitio de 10 con opciones veganas! La comida estaba deliciosa, bien presentada y raciones que no son excesivas para que puedas probar varias cositas diferentes y no te vayas con la barriga hinchada. Nos ha encantado! Muy buen precio para estar a menos de cinco minutos del acueducto (tienen dos restaurantes, nosotras estuvimos en el que está más escondido bajando unas escaleras). Pedimos hummus para compartir y para mí un plato de falafel con salsa vegana de tahini, limón y ajo. Todo increíblemente sabroso.

Me ha encantado toda la comida en este restaurante! Ninguna queja, todo maravilloso! 👍
