In honor of Colorado’s #meatoutday and my 1,500th post, I present the BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICH EVER!!! I’ve been dying to try this since it debuted recently and I was not let down. It includes a fluffy folded #justegg with the most flavorful #beyondmeat breakfast sausage, topped with cheddar on a toasted everything bagel thin. It was everything. I can’t believe we’re finally able to order a sandwich from a national chain without any substitutions or removing anything and it’s fully vegan and totally satisfying. So grateful for this sandwich. Now all I need is for #peets to bring back their nondairy whipped topping and nondairy light javiva! #boulder #coffeeshop
