Empanada vegana

Always glad to find new #veganoptions around, and when I saw these #plantbased #empanadas in the window of Pizza Raval, I stopped to get one. They are filled with texturised soy (#sojatexturizada ) and peppers. They were good, but I am spoiled by my girlfriend’s soy (she makes is soooo well) and this one in comparison was missing some umami. 2,7€ Hello to my baby Asia #asiasofabv🐕‍🦺🐾
