Egg Sammie

This was a pretty good breakfast sandwich. I love the ciabatta bread! It had a folded #justegg, cheddar cheese, avocado and a horse radish sauce. I actually got the sauce on the side and put a tiny bit on, I'm glad I did because I was not a fan. I've never had horseradish sauce before and it's just a different taste and I don't think it went well with the sandwich, tbh. I would order again, but I'd just switch that out!

I took the top of the bun off but there was so much flavor on this sandwich. It’s so good and filling!

Just Egg, w their coconut bacon added at request. Bread is high-quality, sammie is just like the old breakfast sandwiches pre-vegan. They don’t call themselves vegan but are completely so, and they do tons of business in a busy suburban market!
