Dumplings

Steam dumplings , serve with chili paste and vinegar

The chilli sauce should be a staple in my fridge and I will pay any price for the recipe

Dumplings are not on the main menu, it's Today's Special. Quite tasty but one or two had hardened skin maybe didn't serve inmediately or something. Thought the chilli will be good but it was a little sweet for my taste. Overall nice.
