Dry Mee Hoon Kuey

Really flavourful and tasty dish but gravy was very oily - which might be a turn off for some people. Portion size is small if you’re a big eater! Nestled at a corner of East Village, this eatery is run by a Chinese lady boss who personally cooked the dishes when we visited.

I am really glad all the dishes I’ve tried so far are super delicious.. though on the saltier side which appeals to me. Guess not so for majority. The reason may be they added chai po in some of their items. (This dry noodle too). I enjoyed it a great deal and I love the chewy texture of their mee hoon kuey. Only rant. Portion too small. Didn’t fill me but taste wise belly satisfied so I’m happy.
