Dragon Roll Sushi

For a vegan-curious person, Sariyu is the gold standard for AMAZING vegan food. We haul back the cashew cheese all the time. :) Brown rice sushi roll filled with smoked papaya salmon, teriyaki tempeh (S,G), cashew cream cheese, cucumber pickle and avocado, atop with papaya slice with wasabi sauce & teriyaki sauce, served with miso soup (S) pickled ginger and soy sauce (S)(G) IDR 79K!!!

This was a special but now it's on the menu! Good move cos no one should need to wait for only one day a week to experience this goodness ! The papaya salmon here is legendary, I can't get enough! I would change the miso soup a bit, as this time it was very bland and more seaweed than miso. Delicious sushi though and that's the main attraction!
