Dan Dan noodles

Be sure to ask them to make these vegan and they’ll hook you up. Not my favorite #dandan noodles but still hit the spot. Overall I’d ask them to make them even spicier next time 🌶🌶🌶

I saw mediocre reviews but wanted to givr it a try.. and it was mediocre HAHAHHHAA Ded. Noodles were too soft, barely any ingredients, and its just spicy but no other flavour :( #veganin2020

Okay meh. Maybe because this was veganized so the chilli oil and sauce base wasn't flavorful enough. Its just plain noodles dumped in some chilli oil, and a few green veggies. Don't bother getting this. Get other dishes and eat them with rice.

#dandanmian that is made with peanut sauce is one of my favourite noodle dishes, but sadly this version didn't have it so I was kind of disappointed :( Also because we opted for the vegan version, it was pretty much devoid of toppings except for some plain blanched veggies that I have never liked 😂(maybe some tofu/mushrooms etc would have been better?) Although dan dan mian is supposed to be spicy, this was not spicy at all. Which is a good thing if you can't take spice but I wish it could have been more spicy 🌶 The broth was not bad though, not too heavy so we were able to pair this with the more strongly seasoned dishes. You can share 1 bowl comfortably between 2 people. #sichuan #noodles
