Curry Bean Stew

Fully vegan Caribbean restaurant in Boyton Beach! Score! My grandmother had this chickpea stew and it was really good! Less spicy than my dish, but really rich in flavour and slightly sweet. Really delicious, especially with the accompaniments of plantains, rice and peas, and steamed veggies.
