Crunchy Falafels in Pita

Love this super tasty felafel and soft pita! Especially love the sauce, although it would be nice to have more of the sauce, for the price.

The pita bread was freshly made and still hot! The falafels nice and crunchy on the outside. The hummus was creamy. At the Conscious Festival last weekend by GITNB.

I got these at the Garden Beats festival and it was worth the long queue. I asked for it vegan, so they held one of the sauces which I assume contained dairy. The falafel lived up to its crunchy name, and the flavors worked nicely together.
