The third course of the weekly menu was a #soup based on #carrot and #ginger. It was thick and creamy and garnished with their signature dried #edibleflower mix, #poppyseed, #cilantro and #microgreens. You can see all the ingredients in Spanish in the third photo, I wish it would have had a more prominent ginger taste but it was delicious nonetheless!
