Creamy Vegan Ramen

This was the best ramen I have ever had besides the one I had in Denmark (random, I know)! I cannot believe it is only a 15 minute drive from my house to experience this explosion of flavour and harmony! It is sooo mushroomy (the broth) and the noodles and other ingredients were just perfection. #abillionlove

This is my favourite ramen dish! It’s super creamy and rich, the noodles are house made. I add a bit of spice and garlic oil. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else for vegan ramen.
