Crabby Cakes

The other dish we shared on our first dinner in #NYC🇺🇸 A combination of #chickpeas, #artichokes and hearts of palm, chopped onion and garlic with herbed #panko breadcrumbs and lemon. They were quite similar to a crab cake, the heart of palm really did a good job to simulate the meat. Buuut 18US$ for three pieces, man, that hurts😅 #veganrestaurant #vegantravel
