“Crab” Cake Slider

i enjoyed the sauce and the patty. the crab cake itself was very well made. pretty tasty!

I enjoyed their version of a crab cake and thought it went well on a bun. The flavor was nice but the consistency could use some work. This is made with a blend of tofu & tempeh and I think an addition of jackfruit would help add that shredded crab meat texture.
