Courtyard vegan omelette

A vegan omelette on the basis of chickpea flour and topped with veg and cheeze. Good taste and such a lovely presentation!

I enjoyed this vegan omelette! I would in no way say it tastes like egg though haha. I am vegan however so I don’t mind, but if a meat eater wanted to try compare this to an omelette then this isn’t the one ;) it has more of a dough like base. Yummy toppings! This is really delicious ! It’s a big portion and really fulling 😁👍 I had caramelized onion, spinach, vegan cheese and mushrooms with a side of rye bread (white bread pictured) but seriously this restaurant is so nice the first time I went I only saw the bar and didn’t know about the restaurant, definiteytake a look inside!

Breakfast special - omelette with 2 topping and a coffee for R100. Lots of options available. Quick grab and go section downstairs has delicious vegan treats! Well worth the visit.
